HANDLING UNCERTAINTIES. The pandemic has taught us to plan for uncertainties. Many professionals were laid off, institutions closed, salary cuts to mention a few. Do the following to handle uncertainties: Explore a range of options including the unthinkable. Let your brain think of solutions in case you are out of the job for a long time, what will you do? Imagine your glorious future or the future you want to feature in. Imagine ideas and opportunities you have not considered before. Never say, but I can't do it. Build yourself to match your future self. Make new friendships, learn new skills, join new networks that will enhance your transition into the new you. Start small. Remember, every great thing starts small. What you don't start, you can't accomplish. Be ruthless about what you need to leave behind.
