Love is real. Love is electrifying. You can't taste it and not know. As potent as electricity is, it can be turned off and it can be a turn off. Same applies to love. You have an arm that your partner needs. A lip that's like a balm . Eyes that your partner wants to gaze. Don't be too formal to the extent that you don't enjoy doing crazy things together. What of Ray Kroc, the legendary McDonald's founder, he did purchase the burger and shake franchise until he was 52 years old. Stop worrying thinking that success has passed you bye. It's a bad thought, clear that stinking thinking. It's pretty irrational. Donald Trump became President at 70 years old. Late Ronald Reagan at 69 years. Nelson Mandela at 75 years old. Zimbabwean President , Emerson at 75. The lesson here is that you are too young to retire. It is time to re-fire. Potentials have no retirement age. Your world still needs you. Get back to the world. EVENT PLANNER Recently, I had the privilege of taking a crash program in event planning. It was beautiful and expository. I am a committed learner because leaders are learner's. Life has been defined as a series of events. Chains of events, from birth to death. If life is an event, you are the event planner. The size of your event determines the number of your team. You can't run a big event without a strong and effective team member. In life we can't do without a team. No man wins in isolation. No man is an island. In choosing your team players. Go for partners that have emotional intelligence. Team up and play with people that are emotionally stable. In life you will meet all manner of people but you must be emotionally balanced not to throw away your goals. Jimmy could not handle opposition from within. He lost control of his life. Pressures of life always come. Disappointment, temporal set back ,and criticism are part of the package, but choose your team players wisely....

He was loved by his Parish priest and some parishioners while some saw him as an attention seeker. Such is the paradox of life. His fame became undeniable in his parish and beyond but, some group of brethren out of jealousy tried to sabotage his popularity and dent his image by trying to conspire against him. I rather spend 3 hours sharpening my tools for a job of 30 minutes than spending 3 hours on a work of 30 minutes due to the dullness or ineffectiveness of my tools. It's better to prepare than to decree opportunities in prayers. When preparation meets opportunities the true meaning of magic is well understood. (Though there's nothing called magic in the real sense) How can I put it ? Is there a way I can paint the picture clearer? I know we are limited in words at times. I guess I can make it clearer now. It's better to engage in capacity building than fasting and praying for 24 hours success. Accidental success may lead to accidents on the highway of success. Covid 19 has changed the way the airline industry operates. Before now many airline concentrations were more on passengers lifting thus neglecting the cargo aspect of airline business. Now there’s a sensible change. Due to lack of passengers flying compared to before Cargo business is now a good source of income for the airline industry. What can we learn: 1. Strategy is the cure for stagnation. Any time something is not working for you. Go and strategize instead of shutting down. 2. Use your brain. Use your brain to reign. 3.It is only a fool that doesn’t change his mind. Don’t hold yourself into ransom by unreasonable decisions. 4.Be open to new ideas.
