STRATEGIZE

Covid 19 has changed the way the airline industry operates. Before now many airline concentrations were more on passengers lifting thus neglecting the cargo aspect of airline business.
Now there’s a sensible change.
Due to lack of passengers flying compared to before Cargo business is now a good source of income for the airline industry.

What can we learn:
1. Strategy is the cure for stagnation. Any time something is not working for you. Go and strategize instead of shutting down.
2. Use your brain. Use your brain to reign.
3.It is only a fool that doesn’t change his mind. Don’t hold yourself into ransom by unreasonable decisions.
4.Be open to new ideas. The airline industry is open to new ideas.
